With trial hosting we do not register free domain. You will have to pay for domain. If you have domain you can use domain by updating name-server to following NSs

DNS1.EMAILA.PK

DNS2.EMAILA.PK

After updating nameserver signup and select use your own domain in signup form and simply insert your domain. Trial account will be created automatically.
